Joygi began with the idea that paying attention to everyday experience can help us recognize what matters, what we need, and how we want to grow.
02 · Room
A full life.
A little space within it.
Life gives us plenty to carry, but not always much room to notice what we are living through. Joygi makes room for what is happening now.
03 · Growth
Some things are
worth returning to.
A single reflection can help you notice something. A Companion gives you somewhere to stay with what you notice as the week keeps moving.
What you meant. What actually happened. What moved. You decide what any of it means.
04 · Alongside people
It starts within.
Life happens together.
You do Joygi privately. But you’re not doing it alone. Friends, chapters, teams, families and communities can share a rhythm while each person carries a different week.
The person tending it

Joy still needs room.
Maria built Joygi from something she wished she had as a student: room to process, again and again, as one season gave way to the next.
Making room for what is hard can also mean making room for what is good.
That belief has followed Maria through her work in education. From student leadership and her time as a Posse Scholar at Lafayette College, to graduate study and research in education policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and later teaching middle school, she became deeply interested in social-emotional learning and trauma-informed approaches that help young people process what they’re carrying while preserving their agency.
Joygi brings those threads together: interactive reflection that meets you where you are, whether you have the words or are still finding your way there.
