Joygi’s core student Companions are free.
There is no purchase price to refund for access to the free core Companions.
Paid Joygi offerings
Joygi may offer optional paid features, premium functionality, products, services, or other experiences separately from the free core Companions.
When Joygi offers something for a fee, the applicable price and any specific payment, cancellation, or refund terms will be disclosed with that offering.
If a paid offering has separate written terms, those terms control for that purchase.
Organizational and configured Joygi work
Paid organizational, configured, implementation, facilitation, or other scoped Joygi work may have its own written payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
The applicable proposal, order, invoice, statement of work, or agreement controls for that engagement.
This Refund Policy does not create a separate consumer refund regime for configured organizational work.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were charged more than once, or have another issue with a Joygi payment, contact us and we will review it.
